My stay at Cradle Mountain Highlanders was absolutely magical. The cabin was like something out of a romantic film, with its beautiful exterior and cozy interior. The fireplace was easy to use, thanks to the detailed instructions and provided materials. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the bathroom was spacious with a powerful shower. The double bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. I loved sitting on the deck for lunch, soaking up the sunlight and enjoying the stunning views. From the deck and through the windows, I got to see amazing wildlife like paddys, wombats, and possums. Everything about my stay was truly magical and beautiful. Thank you, Cradle Mountain Highlanders!

This was an excellent value for money accomodation with fantastic location. The cleanliness of the chalet was outstanding. We would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone.

Our cottage had plenty of room to spread out and for the kids to play. It was rustic and homey.
The matresses were a bit hard (for the adults) especially the children's bunks (discovered this when I had to swap beds with my daughter half way through the night). Also the cottage was quite cold in the evening despite the gas heater downstairs. Upstairs was quite toasty. The children asked if they could have electric blankets on the bunk beds too as they were very cold going to bed(thank goodness for the spare blankets).

We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this cozy cabin! The wood heater was a real treat, keeping us warm and adding to the rustic charm. Surrounded by trees, we were lucky enough to have wallabies visit us right at our doorstep. The clean and cozy cabin provided the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday.
Having to carry our luggage through a short walking trail to the cabin. the gas oven was not working during our stay, so we had to use the grill function which resulted in a burnt pie.

Ian & Sharon were amazing hosts, very friendly and professional. The location was just stunning, we had a lot of snow and overnight it became a winter wonderland. The log fire in my cabin was a nice touch, it was very cold. I saw possums, wallabies and a wombat just wandering round the grounds, it was lovely.
I got snowed in! Perhaps in winter it would be advisable to let prospective guests (ie. City Slickers like me!) know in advance that they would require a 4wd to access the top of the mountain in case of snow.

Cradle Highlanders was a fantastic secluded getaway for our 11th Wedding Anniversay. No mobile phones or internet was great. The Spa was to die for. A beautiful location with lots of wildlife to see. To have the wood fire going on arrival was awesome. Loved every minute of staying there and will be going there again.
The only thing we didn't like was that we had to go back home. We could have stayed snuggled up in the Telopea cabin forever.

The lodge we stayed in was gorgeous, really well stocked and the woodburner was fantastic. Great location for visiting Cradle Mountain as few minute walk to the visitors centre with its cafe and shuttle bus service into the park.
